Take all of it

I am handing my whole load, all of it, to God: everything that makes me anxious; my plans and my pains; my fears and my tears. He cares about my concerns. His love is unlimited. His grace is sufficient.

I remember sitting on my bed making the conscious decision to release everything that was making me anxious over to God.

I placed my hands over my stomach and said "Lord, take all of it!

Take my problems, the pain, the fears, the anxiousness and fill me with Your peace" As I released it all in faith, I felt peace and assurance that God would come through for me.

I felt the warmth of His love enveloping me. I know Jesus cares for me. Today, I recognise how much I'm walking in things I once prayed for.

I recognise how God has brought me through each trial and test bit by bit shaping me into who I am now. This teaches me that I can trust in His timing and in His Word.

I also experience His compassion each day for His faithfulness is great. Lamentations 3:22.

When we worry we fill our heart, mind and spirit with blockages that hinder us from seeing what our eyes can't see.

That's why Jesus says to cast all of our cares upon Him. I thank You Lord for being my burden-bearer and waymaker. May those who read and hear these words come to know You as I do. Your love is unlimited. Your grace is sufficient.

Help me to release my fear and lay hold of your faith as I navigate life's constant challenges following Your lead.
