Not giving up on you

The source of my salvation is grace. It has nothing to do with my worth or my worthlessness. It had nothing to do with anything I have done or could ever do. Even the faith that I exercise in receiving that gift of salvation, is a gift. Ephesians 2:8 personalized
Luke 8 tells a brief summary of the women who followed Jesus. “He took his 12 disciples with Him, along with some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases. Among them were Mary Magdalene, from whom He had cast out seven demons” (v. 1, 2).
How many times do we count ourselves out of the race because we look to our failings and our unworthiness? Grace is activated for this very reason. When we mess up, God is sending the message of Grace to us. He asks us to choose Him once more, to rise and to keep going.
This journey is a walk of faith and of redemption; led by a caring, compassionate Savior who does not want to see any of us perish. If you fall down seven times, rise eight (Proverbs 24:16) and keep pressing towards the mark of the high calling of God (Philippians 3:14).
Why then do you walk in fear? No, press on in faith! Accept the gift of salvation and the source of it - God's grace. Look to Him and not to your shortcomings. Ask Him for overcoming power.
God is saying to you, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:9. The paths we have taken are not our final destination, God is. He will not give up on you, so don't give up on Him. Choose God. Accept His grace. Live only bound to His freedom and in His worth.

What say ye then? I say Lord, I choose You. Help me not to spurn your gift of grace. I accept in faith and help me to do better to walk the way you want me to go.
Grateful for where I am. Excited about where I'm going!
Be blessed to be a blessing!
