If I, though human, know how to give good gifts to my children. I have complete confidence in God’s provision for all my needs when I ask. Matthew 7:9-11 (Personalized)
He will provide: - a way, a plan, a purpose.
Again, I find myself sitting in God’s waiting room. I can identify the concerns I have knowing that He can give me the remedy and the renewal. This road that we call life has never been mines to travel alone. From conception, even in my mother’s womb – the way, the plan, the purpose was imprinted into my DNA. Just as God told Jeremiah in Jeremiah 1:5.
As I sit in His waiting room, I am reminded of my Daddy-O, my Abba, Father, my Jehovah Jireh. I ponder on all the times He has provided for me; delivered me from the snares of the enemy time and time again.
I am reminded that I am worth more than many sparrows Matthew 10:31 and that I have 24-7 open access and communication to God’s throne room of grace.
When the pain and anxiety become overbearing; when the tears flow like a flood, when fear cripples and when all feels like loss.
That still small voice says, “Don’t give up. You are not alone.” I have complete confidence while I wait because I know from past experiences that provision delayed isn’t purpose denied.
“Keep your voice from weeping, and your eyes from tears, for there is a reward for your work…there is hope for your future…” Jeremiah 31: 16-17 (ESV)
